Guide to Scholars

The Guide to Scholars (published in February 2003) is a downloadable PDF containing short bios on the distinguished community of scholars of the Hoover Institution. This publication is periodically updated, but not dynamically altered between publication dates. Therefore, newly appointed fellows subsequent to the publication date, and changes in information pertaining to those fellows listed, are not documented within this PDF file. However, we make every effort to update the listing of fellows and their attributes and accomplishments within the Fellows section of the Hoover Web page. We invite you to check this source as well.
