Liam Julian is a research fellow at the Hoover Institution and works as associate writer and editor for the Thomas B. Fordham Foundation. Before arriving at Fordham, he was a political columnist for the Tallahassee Democrat, Florida’s capital-city newspaper. He is also an adjunct scholar of the James Madison Institute. |
