Mark Harrison is a research fellow and W. Glenn Campbell and Rita Ricardo-Campbell National Fellow for 2008–2009 at the Hoover Institution. He is an economic historian and specialist in Soviet affairs, currently working on the Hoover Soviet Archives Research Project led by Hoover research fellow Paul R. Gregory.
