Terry Moe, a senior fellow at the Hoover Institution and a member of the Institution's Koret Task Force on K–12 Education, discusses the effect of the Internet on teachers' unions in his Wall Street Journal article, dated July 18, 2011, titled The Internet Will Reduce Teachers' Union Power.
