New Finding Aids Now Available For Hoover Archives Collections

New finding aids to nine collections at Hoover Archives are now available through the Online Archive of California. The new finding aids represent significant holdings in collections related to Russia, Latvia, Poland, and China.

Political conditions and education in China and Taiwan.

Leslie H. Dingyan Chen papers

Materials relating to the Chinese politician Chen Jiongming (father of Leslie Chen) and the Chen family.

Krzysztof Jagielski papers

Activities of Solidarność in Poland, with emphasis on the region Pomorze Zachodnie.

Aubrey Wray Fitch papers

American naval aviation, especially in the Pacific Theater during World War II.

Henry Rowen papers

Materials on Henry Rowen’s work with the Department of Defense and Soviet Union relations, as well as his work focused on public policy and economics at Stanford University, the Hoover Institution, and the Asia-Pacific Research Center.
