The Impact of Cogan, Hubbard, Kessler Reforms on Health Care Utilization and Federal Revenues by John Cogan, Glenn Hubbard, and Daniel Kessler
This paper provides a brief summary of the impact on health care utilization and federal revenues of three policy changes: making all purchases of health services tax deductible, reforming insurance regulation, and reforming medical malpractice liability laws. All numbers below are on an annual basis using 2008 values.

Seminar features Hoover senior fellow Thomas Henriksen
Thomas Henriksen is a senior fellow at the Hoover Institution. He specializes in the study of U.S. diplomatic and military courses of action toward terrorist havens, such as Afghanistan, and the so-called rogue states, including North Korea, Iraq, and Iran. Henriksen presented a talk titled “Afghanistan-Pakistan: The Long War” at the University Auditorium of the Classic Residence by Hyatt.

On January 29, 2010, Audrius Bruzga, Lithuanian ambassador to the United States, met at Hoover with Richard Sousa, director of the Hoover Library and Archives, and Maciej Siekierski, curator of Hoover’s East and Central European Collection.

Google books search discussed at Property Rights Task Force meeting
On February 4, the Department of Justice issued a filing with the U.S. District Court on the proposed settlement agreement between Google, book authors and publishers, suggesting that there was more work to be done on the agreement regarding the Google Book Search project.
