George P. Shultz, the Thomas W. and Susan B. Ford Distinguished Fellow at Hoover, discusses nuclear disarmament with Stanford students meeting at the Hoover Institution on April 9. The students were from the Stanford Review, Stanford Conservatives, and College Republicans. The talk was given as part of the Stanford Review/Hoover Institution luncheon speaker series.
