The Hoover Institution Summer Policy Boot Camp (HISPBC) offers top college students and recent graduates an opportunity to engage with Hoover Institution scholars and policy practitioners in the essentials of today’s national and international United States policy. Applications for the HISPBC are now open. This intensive, one week residential immersion program takes place on August 20-26, 2017.
