National Security Agency Director and Commander of U.S. Cyber Command Mike Rogers will give a talk entitled "Moving Forward: Challenges and Opportunities in an Interconnected World" to the Stanford community on Monday, November 3, at 4:00pm.  After the lecture, Hoover Senior Fellow and Co-Director of the Center for International Security and Cooperation (CISAC) Amy Zegart will moderate questions.
