The Hoover Institution’s Task Force on Energy Policy met at the Hoover Institution on June 23. Task force members discussed “A Primer on Synthetic Biology: An Emerging Paradigm of Genetic Engineering,” as well as energy efficiency, distributed energy, and the paper “Past Must Not Be Prologue.”
