On March 2, 2015, Property and Environment Research Center (PERC) and the Hoover Institution hosted a book reception for the book  Free Market Environmentalism for the Next Generation, by Terry L. Anderson and Donald R. Leal, at the Hoover Institution in Washington, DC.  Opening remarks were delivered by Reed Watson, executive director of PERC.  Panelists will include William H. Mellor from the Institute of Justice, Kameran Onley from the Nature Conservancy, and Kimberley A. Strassel from the Wall Street Journal.
