The Tennenbaum Program for Fact-Based Policy is a Hoover Institution initiative to provide trustworthy answers to major and contentious public policy questions. It intends to improve the discourse and increase trust among the electorate by providing credible studies from diverse perspectives. Led by senior fellow Michael Boskin, the Program features contributions from professors and practitioners across the political aisle.

Michael J. Boskin is the Wohlford Family Senior Fellow at the Hoover Institution and the Tully M. Friedman Professor of Economics at Stanford. He is also a research associate of the National Bureau of Economic Research. In addition, he advises governments and businesses globally.
