Former US secretary of state Condoleezza Rice, the Thomas and Barbara Stephenson Senior Fellow on Public Policy at the Hoover Institution, recently published her memoir, Extraordinary, Ordinary People: A Memoir of Family (Crown Archetype, 2010).

C-SPAN’s BookTV features two interviews with Rice about her book, “Condoleezza Rice Interview: Extraordinary, Ordinary People,”  in which she discusses her memoir and the values instilled in her by her parents, and “Extraordinary, Ordinary People: A Memoir of Family,” in which she discusses her memoir with her cousin Constance Rice, codirector of the Advancement Project, at an event hosted by Town Hall Los Angeles.
