Stephen Langlois

Stephen Langlois was a Research Fellow and Senior Associate Director for Finance and Operations at the Hoover Institution until 2017.

As Senior Associate Director, Langlois had oversight responsibility for budget, finance and administration of the Institution, and at various times was responsible for Research Administration, Communications, Library and Archives, the Hoover Press, Facilities, Scholarly Events, and IT.

Langlois became a Research Fellow in 1990. His research interests include health policy, entitlements, and social welfare policy.  Langlois holds a Ph.D. in economics from Stanford.
