About

Peter Mugemancuro is an incoming Ketterer-Vorwald Post Baccalaureate Fellow at Stanford University's Hoover Institution, where he works on emerging capital markets, international financial policy and frontier-markets data ecosystems with the Hoover Emerging Markets Working Group. In addition to his ongoing work with the World Bank, he conducts policy and implementation research for the Jamaica Recovery and Resilience Oversight Committee (JAMRROC), an advisory body tasked with overseeing the country's Hurricane Melissa rebuilding effort. Prior to the Ketterer-Vorwald fellowship, Peter worked as an undergraduate research assistant to Dr. Peter Blair Henry and spent two summers as an investment analyst at Altamont Capital Partners. Peter graduated from Stanford University in 2025 with a B.A. in Economics.
