The current exhibition in the Lou Henry Hoover Gallery, Eastern Europe and Beyond: Photographic Albums Revealed, is now in its tenth month and has been visited by tens of thousands, both on-site and virtually.

In his presentation, exhibition lead curator and bibliographer Edward Kasinec reflects on his inspiration for the exhibit, the methodological and practical issues in its implementation, and plans for future work with the still understudied visual and art holdings at the Hoover Institution Library & Archives.

In advance of the event, attendees are encouraged to visit the physical exhibition located in Hoover Tower before its closing on May 10, 2026 or to explore elements of the display available online
