Grigore Constantinescu papers, 1931–80
Constantinescu was a Romanian diplomat who served as minister-counsellor to Great Britain from 1946 to 1947. His diaries, correspondence, memoranda, and other materials relate to communism in Romania, Romanian émigré politics, the Assembly of Captive European Nations, and Radio Free Europe.

Jean Helen Meadowcroft papers, 1968–95
Meadowcroft created these reports, correspondence, and audio and video recordings during her career with the Peace Corp and US Agency for International Development. The collection relates to educational assistance programs in Bolivia, Peru, Guatemala, Lesotho, and Nepal.

American Committee to Keep Biafra Alive collection, 1967–70
This collection of printed matter and audiovisual materials concerns the Nigerian Civil War of 1967–70. It was assembled by the Saint Louis chapter of this organization, which called on the United States to provide humanitarian relief to the country.

Henry Bienen papers, 1961–67
The writings, meeting minutes, and printed matter of this US political scientist relate to the political development of Tanzania.

Norman Drachler papers, 1945–85
The minutes, reports, and other printed matter in this collection relate to public education in Detroit, where Drachler was superintendent of public schools from 1967 to 1971.
