Dr. Daniella D. Fridl

About

Daniella Fridl is an expert in international security, negotiations, and conflict management, with extensive experience spanning the federal government, the US Intelligence Community, and academia. She has analyzed European political and security dynamics, providing strategic assessments and briefings to senior policymakers and national security leaders.

Her current research explores how artificial intelligence can be leveraged to improve policy analysis, strategic decision-making, and negotiations to help leaders navigate increasingly complex national security and policy challenges.

As an educator, researcher, and leadership practitioner, Fridl has more than seventeen years of experience teaching at the university level and facilitating leadership development programs for government and private-sector professionals. She is also an experienced leadership and high-performance coach who works with senior federal leaders to strengthen leadership effectiveness, navigate complexity, and enhance organizational performance.

Fridl earned a PhD in international relations and an MA in international economics and conflict management from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies in Washington, DC, and a BA in political science, international relations, and German from Drake University.
