In 2010, the Hoover Institution continued to expand its web-based technologies, including using social networking tools to make its work accessible and connect with its supporters.  Hoover launched its new Facebook page in early February, an RSS feed in August, and recently made Hoover’s YouTube channel available through iStanford app. The use of social media, which already includes Advancing a Free Society and Twitter, strengthens Hoover’s internet presence. Hoover’s online presence is essential to advancing ideas defining a free society.
