Caroline M. Hoxby Discusses How Technology Affects Education Reform

Hoover fellow Caroline M. Hoxby, a member of the Koret Task Force on K–12 Education, delivered a speech April 13 on "Reform, Technology, and Accountability: Making American Schools a Sound Place to Invest." The Harvard economics professor began her speech by pointing out three key things in education today: incentives, transparency about information, and using that information to create accountability.
