Henry I. Miller, M.S., M.D., is a Hoover research fellow. His research focuses on public policy toward science and technology. It encompasses a number of areas, including pharmaceutical development, the new biotechnology, models for regulatory reform, and the emergence of new viral diseases.
 
David R. Henderson is also a Hoover research fellow and an associate professor of economics at the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California. Henderson's writing focuses on public policy. His specialty is making economic issues and analyses clear and interesting to general audiences.
