Hoover fellows Michael McFaul and David Satter testify on Russia before House Foreign Affairs Committee

Hoover Institution fellows Michael McFaul and David Satter presented testimony on recent political developments in Russia before the House Foreign Affairs Committee on May 17.
The hearing, titled “Russia: Rebuilding the Iron Curtain,” was chaired by Congressman Tom Lantos (D-California).  Their testimony is available as PDF downloads:

Michael McFaul, the Peter and Helen Bing Senior Fellow, also is an associate professor of political science at Stanford University, a nonresident associate at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, and director of Stanford’s Center on Democracy, Development, and the Rule of Law.
David Satter is a research fellow at Hoover. He also is affiliated with the Hudson Institute and Johns Hopkins University’s School of Advanced International Studies.
