Hoover Fellows Participate in Homecoming Weekend's Classes Without Quizzes

Wednesday, October 10, 2007

Hoover fellows John Bunzel, Abbas Milani, and Norman Naimark participated in Stanford University's Reunion Homecoming Weekend Classes Without Quizzes. These short classes (one to one and a half hours) are a unique academic highlight of the weekend and feature thought-provoking seminars, engaging expert-led panels, hands-on labs, and walking tours.

John Bunzel's From Here to Hilarity: What Makes People Laugh, Abbas Milani's Nukes, Kooks, and Democracy in Iran, and Norman Naimark's 50 Years of Stanford Overseas Studies: Then and Now were highlights of the series.
