On May 10, Lieutenant General Joseph Dunford of the United States Marine Corps visited with Hoover fellow and former secretary of state George Shultz, Hoover senior fellows Victor Davis Hanson and Abraham Sofaer, Hoover research fellow Kori Schake, and Hoover’s National Security Affairs fellows. Dunford is currently the commander of Marine Forces Central Command and I Marine Expeditionary Force.
