Who: Donald Abenheim Ph.D. is an expert on NATO, European defense issues and European history. Since 1988, Abenheim has been a visiting fellow at the Hoover Institution, where he was previously a National Fellow (1987-88). Since 1981, Abenheim has had experience with the U.S Department of Defense and NATO and has worked with other defense ministries throughout Europe, especially in NATO’s adaptation to new security challenges since 1991.

What: Dr. Abenheim is available to discuss the current situation in Kosovo including: the air campaign: strategic and tactical questions; ground troops and further irregular warfare options; short term and long term expectations; NATO Alliance cohesion; European security and diplomacy; genocide, racial murder, ethnic cleansing in the 20th century; and, the history of war in Europe as a background to the present conflict.
