The sixth annual Hoover Institution Workshop on Modern China, entitled “War and Revolution in Modern China: A Long View from the Twenty-First Century,” was held from July 30 to August 3, 2018. Led by Curator for Modern China and Hoover Research Fellow Hsiao-ting Lin, this year's workshop featured five experts who explored Hoover Archives’ rich historical holdings on China and shared their research findings to a large audience from the Stanford campus as well as from all over the world.
