How to Think about Energy and the Climate

George Shultz, the Thomas W. and Susan B. Ford Distinguished Fellow at the Hoover Institution, discusses energy and the arising issues that threaten our existence. The first such issue is the proliferation of nuclear weapons. The second is the rewriting of issues concerning borders, countries, and sovereign rights. The third is the prospect of a warming climate and what the United States and the world can do about it.
