    The Hoover Institution Library & Archives at Stanford University is hosting the first annual Japanese Diaspora Initiative (JDI) Workshop on November 13-15, 2017. The JDI workshop brings an international roster of leading scholars in modern Japanese history and Japanese American studies to the home of rich Japanese and Japanese American archival collections so as to discuss the Japanese diaspora from a global perspective.
