Hoover senior fellow Daniel Kessler presented a talk titled “Prospects for Health-Care Reform in Obama’s First Congress” on June 4. The event, sponsored by Hoover overseer Bill Blount and his wife, Nancy Blount, took place at the Arlington Club in Portland, Oregon.

Kessler also presented his talk at a dinner at the Eugene Country Club in Eugene, Oregon. The dinner discussion was sponsored by Hoover overseer Donald Tykeson and his wife, Willie Tykeson.
