Stephanie P. Garza is a senior United States Foreign Service human resources officer with extensive experience leading HR operations for the largest US diplomatic missions in the world, including Mexico and Thailand. Since joining the Foreign Service in 2010, she has managed high-stakes environments across Vienna, Islamabad, Moscow, Caracas, Port-au-Prince, Wellington, and Mexico City.

Known for her crisis leadership, advocacy, and mentoring, Garza has overseen eight post evacuations and led efforts to strengthen workplace culture and accountability. She holds a BA in human resource management from Purdue University and previously worked in luxury hospitality HR in Chicago.
