On behalf of the Hoover Institutions' new Wargaming and Crisis Simulation Initiative, I am excited to invite you to our debut event at Hoover's DC office on May 23rd, from 2:30-6:30PM.

The event will introduce the centerpiece of the initiative, a new wargaming archive housed at the Hoover Archives which will bring together unclassified, declassified, and historical games in one repository to allow for large-n, meta-analysis across wargames.  As part of this introduction, we are honored to have with us leaders within policy, wargaming, academia, and industry to discuss the influence of wargames on policy and the future of wargames for the policy and academic communities. Please join us afterwards for a reception.

While this event will be recorded and disseminated, the in-person event is limited to a smaller group of thought leaders, historians, academics, policy leaders, and wargaming innovators.  We hope we'll be able to see you there!
