Tisch Professor of Law at New York University, and the James Parker Hall Distinguished Service Professor of Law at the University of Chicago. He delivered a talk titled “Pensions for Government Employees: Vested Rights or Public Menace?” on Tuesday, March 22, 2011, at the Pacific-Union Club, as part of the Hoover Breakfast Briefings series.
