The “California Public Pension Solutions Conference,” hosted at the Hoover Institution on October 9, brought together Hoover fellows, scholars from across the country, former and current California and out-of-state policy leaders, and pension reform specialists to discuss in-depth solutions to California’s public pension challenges: one of the state’s most daunting policy problems.
