Richard Sousa, director of the Hoover Institution Library and Archives, recently attended the “Symposium on T.V. Soong: His Life and Personal Papers” in Shanghai, sponsored by Fudan University, the Hoover Institution, and the Shanghai Research Institute of Sun Yat-sen and Soong Ching-ling.
