National Security Affairs Fellow Lt Col Scott “Dutch” Murray, with the U.S. Air Force, will present a seminar “Intelligence Reform, the Historical Mind and Support to Military Operations” on Wednesday, April 4, 2007 from 12:00 noon to 1:00 p.m. in the Herbert Hoover Memorial Building, Room 330, on the campus of Stanford University.
