Former Hoover national fellow J Alexander Thier, now senior rule of law adviser, United States Institute of Peace, will present the seminar “Nation-building and the Rule of Law: Afghanistan and Beyond” on Thursday, March 29, 2007, from noon to 1:00 p.m. in the Lou Henry Hoover Building, Room 100, on the campus of Stanford University.
