ABOUT THE FELLOW
George Osborne is the William C. Edwards Distinguished Visiting Fellow at the Hoover Institution. From 2010 to 2016 he served as Britain's Chancellor of the Exchequer, during that time he was a member of the National Security Council, and he also served as Britain's First Secretary of State. Prior, he was a Member of Parliament. Osborne is currently the Editor of the Evening Standard.
