Hoover’s Task Force on Property Rights, Freedom, and Prosperity met at the Hoover Institution March 5–6, 2009. At a dinner honoring the task force, each member made brief presentations on their current task force projects, which focus on the rule of law, property law, private and public use rights, environmental markets, and patent law.
