A. Ross Johnson, a research fellow at the Hoover Institution, was part of a panel discussion titled “Cold War Broadcasting–Aims, Impact, Lessons.” Hoover fellows George Shultz, Larry Diamond, and Abbas Milani were part of a panel discussion titled “Communicating to Unfree Societies Today.”
